In dieser Position sind Ihre Hauptaufgaben:
- Erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Hotels im Bereich F&B Verträge für das gesamte Hotelportfolio
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Sicherstellung der Unternehmensziele
- Durchführung von Marktanalysen und Bewertungen potenzieller sowie bestehender F&B Lieferanten zur Gewährleistung von Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und Produktqualität
- Identifikation und Implementierung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen zur Kostensenkung und Sicherstellung von Qualitätsstandards
- Führung von Vertragsverhandlungen, Warenkörben und Konditionen mit Lieferpartnern
- Überwachung von Budget und Qualität in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Operations und F&B sowie mit den Hotels zur Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Betriebs
Ihr Profil:
- Fundierte Erfahrung im F&B Einkauf für ein vielfältiges Hotelportfolio
- Ausgezeichnete Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch oder Englisch
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Vertragsrecht oder einem verwandten Bereich von Vorteil
- Analytische Denkweise und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamorientierung und Zuverlässigkeit
Idealerweise bringen Sie bereits Erfahrungen als Director of Procurement and Supply Chain Management (m/w/d) im Bereich F&B mit.
