Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Sales Manager to join our team at HJG Unternehmensberatungs GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts related to Industry 4.0 solutions, ensuring a proactive and strategic approach to client engagement and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our presence in Europe.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify and target potential accounts, transforming leads into opportunities for growth.
  • Engage with clients to discuss and understand their complete system requirements, ensuring tailored solutions that meet their end-user applications.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to deliver high-quality services that support business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Expertise in EMM and Industry 4.0 Solutions, including MES, MOM, and Digital Twin.
  • Proven sales experience with a strong background in sales and a track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • Presentation and demonstration skills, with the ability to arrange and conduct impactful demonstrations, presentations, and seminars for customers.
  • Customer-centric solution implementation, with the ability to devise and implement effective solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Sales forecasting and achievement, with experience in forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and successfully meeting them.
  • Effective communication and team collaboration, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage both sales and technical teams.
Language Requirements

Proficiency in both German and English is required.
