- Engage with clients to discuss and understand their complete system requirements, ensuring tailored solutions that meet their end-user applications.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to deliver high-quality services that support business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Expertise in EMM and Industry 4.0 Solutions, including MES, MOM, and Digital Twin.
- Proven sales experience with a strong background in sales and a track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Presentation and demonstration skills, with the ability to arrange and conduct impactful demonstrations, presentations, and seminars for customers.
- Customer-centric solution implementation, with the ability to devise and implement effective solutions to meet customer needs.
- Sales forecasting and achievement, with experience in forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and successfully meeting them.
- Effective communication and team collaboration, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage both sales and technical teams.
Proficiency in both German and English is required.
