Job Summary

Miltenyi Biotec is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team in Bergisch Gladbach. As a key member of our Corporate Functions team, you will play a critical role in shaping our company culture and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders to design and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Provide expert advice on talent acquisition, talent development, and compensation and benefits to ensure a competitive edge in the market.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in an international environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
