Position Overview:

We are in search of a dedicated Technical Leader/Facility Manager to enhance our innovative team at Radisson Blu Hotel, Hamburg Airport. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for both guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the upkeep and functionality of technical systems within the hotel.
  • Ensure efficient and cost-effective management of facilities.
  • Coordinate necessary repairs and regular inspections.
  • Evaluate energy usage and implement strategies for optimization.
  • Establish and maintain safety protocols.
  • Lead and manage the technical team effectively.
  • Facilitate training programs for employees.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant technical education or degree.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable position.
  • Background in facility management.
