Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities- Acquire new customers and nurture existing relationships through targeted sales strategies
- Conduct sales conversations over the phone, email, and video conferencing
- Support our sales consultants at customer meetings
- Develop personalized proposals and track them until contract closure
- Process orders, including order capture, order management, and delivery
- Provide sales support to our existing customers to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Expand and maintain our network of recommendations to attract new customers
- Assist in marketing initiatives to develop our prospects and existing customers
- Collaborate closely with our product development team to incorporate customer feedback and adjust sales strategies
- Maintain and expand our knowledge management, project management tools, project methodologies, and quality standards
- Completed commercial vocational training or degree
- Several years of experience in B2B sales (inside or outside sales) in the IT and software industry
- Experience in the mentioned areas of responsibility
- Experience with sales and CRM systems is mandatory
- Motivation to maintain and expand existing customer relationships and a large B2B network
- Strong IT affinity and knowledge of digital business processes
- Practical experience in the ERP, ECM, and DMS areas is desirable
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Polished appearance and good manners
- Independent working style
- Excellent German language skills and good English language skills
