Job Title: Field Quality Lead

At INEOS Automotive, we're looking for a skilled Field Quality Lead to join our team. As a key member of our quality management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing and managing field problem prevention, developing early detection measures to prevent the growth of issues, and executing field actions end-to-end for specific modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential problems and support root cause analysis
  • Coordinate corrective field actions and collaborate with stakeholders across departments
  • Streamline the problem-solving process and ensure successful campaign execution
  • Measure success by timely closing, commercially effective delivery, and no breach of governmental regulations
Requirements:
  • Technical degree in engineering or similar studies
  • Experience in Quality Management and the Automotive Industry, preferably in field quality
  • Professional experience in problem solving and failure elimination processes
  • Complex problem-solving methods (Six Sigma, DOE, 8D, etc.)
  • High team skills, empathy, and communication skills
  • Organizational skills and result orientation
  • Pragmatism and lean principles
  • Very good English skills and MS-Office knowledge
  • Willingness to travel for business trips
