Job Title: Field Quality Lead

About the Role:

The Field Quality Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing field problem prevention, developing early detection measures to prevent the growth of issues, and executing field actions end-to-end for specific modules. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential problems and support root cause analysis
  • Coordinate corrective field actions and collaborate with stakeholders across departments
  • Streamline the problem-solving process and ensure successful campaign execution
  • Measure success by timely closing, commercially effective delivery, and adherence to governmental regulations

Requirements:

  • Technical degree in engineering or similar studies
  • Experience in Quality Management and the Automotive Industry, preferably in field quality
  • Professional experience in problem-solving and failure elimination processes
  • Complex problem-solving methods (Six Sigma, DOE, 8D, etc.)
  • High team skills, empathy, and communication skills
  • Organizational skills, result orientation, and pragmatism
  • Very good English skills and good MS-Office knowledge
  • Willingness to travel for business trips
