About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our DACH team at Aexus. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in acquiring strategic business opportunities for our innovative technology partners.

Your main goal will be to work closely with top management of 3 to 4 SaaS high-growth scale-ups in their business development projects. You will be responsible for market research, lead generation, prospect research, lead qualification, sales pitch formulation, go-to-market planning, and strategic cold/warm calling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities
  • Generate leads through online and offline channels
  • Qualify leads and develop sales pitches
  • Develop go-to-market plans for new business opportunities
  • Engage in strategic cold and warm calling to acquire new business
  • Manage pipelines and partner relationships
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
  • 0-2 years of applicable experience in sales or a related field
  • Familiarity with the DACH tech sector
  • Native-like level of German and professional English, spoken and written
  • Strong analytical, resourceful, and persistent skills
  • Basic understanding of innovative technologies
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • Creative thinking and ability to identify new sales opportunities
