Position OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Associate to support our 'Office of the CEO' in Berlin. This role encompasses a diverse range of strategic and operational responsibilities, allowing you to engage in meaningful projects that influence the company's direction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the identification and execution of critical initiatives that align with sennder's strategic goals, particularly in fundraising, investor relations, and ESG strategies.
- Work closely with the CEO and CFO to provide actionable insights throughout project lifecycles.
- Act as a key communicator between the founders and various stakeholders, ensuring alignment on strategic priorities.
- Facilitate executive efficiency by organizing essential meetings, including board sessions and strategic retreats.
- Contribute to the creation of business plans, financial models, pitch presentations, and other strategic documentation.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to uncover new growth avenues.
- 3-5 years of experience in dynamic environments, ideally within top-tier consulting firms or investment banks.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and initiatives successfully.
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for translating data into strategic insights; experience in financial modeling is advantageous.
- Genuine interest in ESG principles, corporate finance, and investor relations.
- Results-driven mindset with a strategic approach to achieving objectives.
- Proficiency in G-Suite or MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
