Area of Responsibility:

As a Compliance Oversight Specialist within the Reporting & Oversight division, you will oversee regulatory communications and related matters, as well as the management of compliance frameworks. Reporting & Oversight operates under the Group Compliance umbrella of Deutsche Börse Group (DBG). The Group Compliance team collaborates closely with various business units to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards applicable to DBG's diverse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee regulatory communications for designated DBG legal entities to supervisory bodies and provide expert guidance on specific regulatory issues. Facilitate communication with various internal stakeholders, ensuring that all necessary information and documentation for regulatory submissions are prepared. Guarantee timely submission of required regulatory filings and disclosures while supporting interactions with regulators and relevant authorities. Manage and oversee the portfolio of compliance policies. Conduct regular assessments and updates of compliance policies to ensure they remain current and effective. Assist in evaluating and identifying potential improvements for existing compliance processes, proactively engaging with stakeholders within Group Compliance and the wider organization.

Candidate Profile:

A university degree in Law, Business, Economics, or a related field, complemented by a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the financial sector, regulatory bodies, consulting, law firms, or compliance roles. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and requirements across various compliance risk areas is advantageous. Ability to work autonomously, with a focus on results, and to address challenges as they arise. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. Proficiency in both written and spoken German, along with excellent English language skills, is required. Competence in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is expected.
