Compliance Regulation Specialist

Area of Responsibility:
As a Compliance Regulation Specialist within the Reporting & Oversight division, you will take charge of regulatory notifications and related matters, alongside the management of compliance frameworks. This division is part of the Group Compliance sector within Deutsche Börse Group (DBG). Group Compliance collaborates closely with various business units to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and professional market standards applicable to DBG's diverse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee regulatory notifications for designated DBG legal entities to supervisory bodies and provide expert guidance on specific regulatory issues. Facilitate communication with various internal stakeholders, ensuring that all necessary information and documentation for regulatory notifications is readily available. Guarantee the timely submission of required regulatory filings and disclosures, and assist in communications with regulators and pertinent authorities. Manage and supervise the portfolio of compliance policies. Conduct regular assessments and updates of compliance policies. Aid in the evaluation and identification of potential improvements for existing compliance processes, proactively coordinating with stakeholders within Group Compliance and the wider organization.Candidate Profile:
A university degree in Law, Business, Economics, or a related field, complemented by a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in the financial sector, regulatory authority, consulting, law firm, or compliance. Familiarity with regulatory legislation and requirements across compliance risk areas is advantageous. Ability to work independently, motivated, and results-oriented, addressing challenges as they arise. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. Proficiency in both written and spoken German, along with excellent English language skills, is required. A solid understanding of MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is expected.Why Choose Deutsche Börse Group?
