Job Summary
As a Regulatory Compliance Officer at Deutsche Börse AG, you will be responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with regulatory requirements in the area of reporting and oversight. This includes managing regulatory reports, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring the availability of necessary information and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute regulatory filings for group companies with German regulatory authorities (e.g. for changes in mandates, key function holders, or shareholdings)
- Primary point of contact for communication with regulatory authorities
- Coordinate dialogue with various internal stakeholders and ensure the availability of all necessary information and documentation for regulatory filings
- Manage the Compliance Policy Portfolio
- Coordinate regular updates of Compliance Policies
- Support the evaluation and identification of potential improvements for existing Compliance Processes through proactive coordination with stakeholders within Group Compliance and the entire organization
Requirements
- You have completed your university studies in law, economics, or a similar field and have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in the financial industry, at regulatory authorities, in consulting, law firms, or in the Compliance department
- Good knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (e.g. KWG, WpIG) is an advantage
- You are able to work proactively, independently, and result-oriented, and are willing to take on challenges
- You have well-developed organizational and communication skills
- Excellent German and English language skills in writing and speaking are a must
- Very good MS-Office application skills, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, complete your profile
