Als Regulatory Compliance Officer im Bereich Reporting & Oversight sind Sie verantwortlich für die Umsetzung von regulatorischen Anforderungen und die Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von Compliance-Richtlinien. In dieser Rolle arbeiten Sie eng mit den einzelnen Geschäftsbereichen zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Gesellschaften der Deutsche Börse Group und ihre Geschäftstätigkeit den geltenden Gesetzen, Vorschriften und Marktstandards entsprechen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verwaltung und Durchführung von regulatorischen Anzeigen für bestimmte Gruppengesellschaften an deutsche Aufsichtsbehörden
  • Hauptansprechpartner*in für die Kommunikation mit Aufsichtsbehörden
  • Steuerung des Dialogs mit verschiedenen internen Stakeholdern sowie Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit aller erforderlichen Informationen und Dokumentation für regulatorische Anzeigen
  • Management des Compliance-Richtlinien Portfolios
  • Durchführung und Koordination regelmäßiger Aktualisierungen von Compliance-Richtlinien
  • Unterstützung bei der Bewertung und Identifizierung potenzieller Verbesserungen für bestehende Compliance-Prozesse durch proaktive Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern innerhalb von Group Compliance und der gesamten Organisation

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie haben Ihr Hochschulstudium der Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eines ähnlichen Bereichs erfolgreich abgeschlossen und verfügen über mindestens 2 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzindustrie, bei Regulierungsbehörden, einer Unternehmensberatung, einer Anwaltskanzlei oder im Bereich Compliance
  • Gute Kenntnisse einschlägiger Rechtsvorschriften (z.B. KWG, WpIG) sind von Vorteil
  • Sie sind in der Lage proaktiv, selbstständig und ergebnisorientiert zu arbeiten und Herausforderungen anzunehmen
  • Sie verfügen über ausgeprägte Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind ein Muss
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Anwendungskenntnisse, insbesondere Word, Excel und Power Point runden Ihr Profil ab
