In dieser Rolle wirst du eine Schlüsselposition einnehmen, um die Interessen unserer Mitgliedsunternehmen im Finanzsektor zu vertreten. Deine Hauptaufgabe besteht darin, als "Stimme der IHK Berlin" in die Branche zu agieren und bedarfsgerechte Beratung zu unseren Dienstleistungen anzubieten. Dies geschieht insbesondere im Rahmen von Unternehmensbesuchen, sowohl virtuell als auch vor Ort.
Deine Aufgaben umfassen:
- Eigenständige Akquise von Besuchsterminen über geeignete Kanäle, einschließlich Telefon, E-Mail und soziale Netzwerke.
- Identifikation und Ansprache relevanter Netzwerke zur Platzierung der IHK-Leistungen in der Finanzwirtschaft.
- Funktion als Branchenexperte und Impulsgeber für die Fachbereiche der IHK Berlin.
- Durchführung von Bedarfs- und Branchenanalysen zur Erkennung von Branchentrends.
- Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung des Produktportfolios sowie der Beratungs- und Vertriebsstandards.
- Planung und Umsetzung von Kommunikationsmaßnahmen, einschließlich Öffentlichkeitsarbeit.
- Eigenständige Durchführung von Veranstaltungen und Kontaktaufnahme zu den relevanten Fachbereichen.
Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem verwandten Bereich sowie langjährige Erfahrung in der Finanzbranche.
- Umfassende Vertriebserfahrung im B2B-Bereich.
- Gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2).
- Sehr gute Kontakte zu relevanten Unternehmen und fundierte Kenntnisse über Branchenthemen und -trends.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Moderationskompetenz.
- Engagement für die Werte der IHK Berlin und die Fähigkeit, diese nach außen zu repräsentieren.
