Deine Aufgaben: Umfassende Beratung und Beziehungsaufbau

Mit etablierten Print-, Digital- und Veranstaltungsformaten sind wir der entscheidende Medienpartner für Auktionshäuser, Museen, Galeristen und andere Akteure der Kunstbranche. Wir überzeugen unsere Kunden durch klassische und moderne Medien und unterstützen sie bei der Akquise von Einlieferungen sowie der Bewerbung von Auktionen und Ausstellungen. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir engagierte Kolleg:innen in Teilzeit.

Als Medienberater (d/w/m) bist du der erste Ansprechpartner für Kunden aus der Kunstszene und berätst sie, wie sie ihre Kommunikationsziele mit unserem umfangreichen Medien- und Markenportfolio erreichen können.

Zu deinen konkreten Aufgaben gehören:

  • Mit deiner Begeisterung für unsere Produkte gehst du aktiv auf (Neu-)Kunden zu und berätst sie, wie sie ihre Kommunikationsziele über unsere Kanäle erreichen können.
  • Du steuerst den gesamten Akquise-Prozess, von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zum Verkaufsabschluss und Reporting.
  • Im intensiven Austausch identifizierst du die Bedürfnisse der Kunden und lieferst wertvolle Insights für die Produktentwicklung.
  • Du triffst deine Kunden persönlich und nimmst an zielgruppenspezifischen Veranstaltungen teil, um die Kundenbindung zu stärken.
Deine Stärken: Beratungskompetenz und Verkaufstalent
  • Du hast ein Studium der Kunstgeschichte oder eines verwandten Fachs erfolgreich abgeschlossen und bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Medienvermarktung oder der Kunstbranche gesammelt.
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark, bringst Ausdauer in der Kundenakquise mit und überzeugst durch deine Vertriebsstärke.
  • Ein großes Interesse an Kunst- und Kulturthemen sowie wirtschaftlichen und gesellschaftlichen Entwicklungen zeichnet dich aus.
