Als Medienberater (d/w/m) bist du der erste Ansprechpartner für Kunden aus der Kunstszene und berätst sie, wie sie ihre Kommunikationsziele mit unserem umfangreichen Medien- und Markenportfolio erreichen können.
Zu deinen konkreten Aufgaben gehören:
- Mit deiner Begeisterung für unsere Produkte gehst du aktiv auf (Neu-)Kunden zu und berätst sie, wie sie ihre Kommunikationsziele über unsere Kanäle erreichen können.
- Du steuerst den gesamten Akquise-Prozess, von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zum Verkaufsabschluss und Reporting.
- Im intensiven Austausch identifizierst du die Bedürfnisse der Kunden und lieferst wertvolle Insights für die Produktentwicklung.
- Du triffst deine Kunden persönlich und nimmst an zielgruppenspezifischen Veranstaltungen teil, um die Kundenbindung zu stärken.
- Du hast ein Studium der Kunstgeschichte oder eines verwandten Fachs erfolgreich abgeschlossen und bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Medienvermarktung oder der Kunstbranche gesammelt.
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, bringst Ausdauer in der Kundenakquise mit und überzeugst durch deine Vertriebsstärke.
- Ein großes Interesse an Kunst- und Kulturthemen sowie wirtschaftlichen und gesellschaftlichen Entwicklungen zeichnet dich aus.
