Content Licensing Manager (d/w/m)


Are you enthusiastic about content licensing and possess experience in the publishing sector? We invite you to become a part of our dynamic team as a Content Licensing Manager, where you will play a vital role in shaping our licensing initiatives.

In this position, you will engage with prominent publishing firms, editors, and authors to create innovative concepts for books, calendars, and other non-book products.

As an essential member of the New Business division, you will collaborate closely with the Content Sales & Licensing team, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.

Your responsibilities will include the development of our e-commerce platform, evaluating partnership opportunities, and leading contract negotiations.

You will also be tasked with researching content for successful initiatives, formulating marketing strategies, and supervising their execution across our communication channels. You will develop partnership packages and present them to publishing collaborators, manage project budgets, and oversee marketing and licensing settlements.

Your Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in the publishing field
  • Proficient language skills in German
  • A flair for creativity and an eye for design trends
  • Strong negotiation skills and business insight
  • Excellent organizational abilities and a collaborative mindset
