Licensing Manager

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensing Manager to join our team at Zeitverlag Gerd Bucerius GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our content licensing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our licensing strategy, negotiating contracts with publishers and other partners, and managing the licensing process from start to finish.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive licensing strategy to maximize revenue and growth
- Negotiate contracts with publishers and other partners to secure licensing agreements
- Manage the licensing process, including rights clearance, contract administration, and royalty payments
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including editors, authors, and designers, to develop and implement licensing plans
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders
**Requirements**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in publishing or a related field
- Proven track record of success in licensing and contract negotiation
- Strong understanding of publishing rights and licensing agreements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
