Digital Marketing Insights Analyst

Position Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Insights Analyst at AMISEQ, you will work in close partnership with the Business Intelligence Lead to evaluate data patterns, create comprehensive reports, and play a vital role in the strategic implementation of our advertising initiatives. Your analytical skills will be crucial in enhancing our advertising effectiveness and ensuring optimal performance during critical periods.

Core Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Marketing Managers to ensure data analysis aligns with the overarching Ads product strategy.

• Support the creation and execution of operational tools tailored for peak season planning, establishing yourself as the primary resource.

• Engage with cross-functional teams to promote operational excellence and spearhead automation projects.

• Interact with global stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights and suggestions for Ads product improvements.

• Oversee data gathering, analysis, and reporting activities to facilitate informed decision-making during peak operational periods.

• Contribute to the design and implementation of A/B testing to enhance campaign outcomes.

• Transform complex data into actionable insights for the marketing team and senior leadership.

• Assist in the oversight and quality assurance of campaign content and audience targeting strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in a data analysis position, preferably within a marketing or advertising technology context.

• Proficient in data analysis software (SQL, Excel, Tableau, etc.).

• Strong analytical capabilities with the proficiency to interpret data and extract valuable insights.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills, adept at managing multiple priorities effectively.

• Outstanding communication abilities, capable of conveying data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• A proactive approach, demonstrating initiative and the ability to drive projects forward.

• Flexible and resilient, thriving in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
