As a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst (m/f/d), your role will involve leveraging a variety of tools utilized across our marketing divisions, including web tracking, marketing attribution, CRM systems, and advertising platforms. Your primary objective will be to analyze and enhance our performance across web and app platforms.
You will collaborate closely with specialized marketing teams to comprehend their analytical and reporting requirements, translating these into technical tracking specifications while developing insightful decision reports that yield actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to identify business and reporting requirements
  • Create engaging decision reports that deliver actionable insights for informed decision-making
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to identify and understand customer trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities within our data to enhance marketing efficiency
  • Translate marketing needs into technical tracking specifications; partner with IT to refine our tracking infrastructure, ensuring robust tracking capabilities across all platforms and marketing channels
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in analytics and performance tracking to maintain high data quality standards
  • As a member of the Marketing Intelligence team, you will champion data-driven decision-making within the marketing organization and provide training to users on web analytics tools
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Data or Web/App Analyst or in a similar capacity
  • Strong familiarity with marketing tools such as Emarsys, Meta, and Google Ads
  • Ability to convert marketing analysis and reporting needs into technical tracking specifications
  • Understanding of current and emerging trends in user tracking and their implications for digital marketing
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in handling large datasets
  • Capability to effectively communicate complex analyses and insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with our Tool Setup: Webtracking: GA4 (including Firebase), GTM, sGTM; BI Tools: Looker, Tableau, Excel, SQL (BigQuery); Campaign tracking and attribution: Adjust, Exactag
