Project Manager for Quality Assurance and Automation

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at AGILIOS Personal GmbH. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.

  • Coordinate and manage project stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.

  • Monitor and report on project progress, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project success.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure project satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.

  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.

  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.

  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze business data and trends.
