Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at PAMEC PAPP. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our suppliers and ensuring compliance with all standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Supplier Quality: Oversee the quality of our suppliers and ensure that they meet all necessary standards.
  • Reduce Quality Costs: Identify areas where quality costs can be reduced and implement targeted measures to achieve this goal.
  • Support Supplier Inquiries: Assist in the selection of suppliers and ensure that they meet our quality requirements.
  • Develop Suppliers: Provide training to suppliers on measurement methods, product specifications, and other requirements.
  • Inspect Materials: Conduct regular inspections of materials during project duration to ensure quality.
  • Conduct Audits: Conduct audits to ensure compliance with DIN EN ISO 9001 and VDA6.3 and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with purchasing, design, quality, and production teams to ensure smooth processes.
  • Achieve Quality Goals: Meet quality goals from audits, project work, and quality deviations.

Requirements:

  • Technical Understanding: Strong technical understanding and analytical skills.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in supplier quality in the mechanical engineering sector.
  • Qualifications: Qualification as an auditor according to VDA6.3 or ISO 9001 would be advantageous.
  • Industry Knowledge: Industry and market knowledge, experience in leading international teams and transforming organizations.
