About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at AGILIOS Personal GmbH. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality standards, meeting customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Cost Management: Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and control.
  • Scope Management: Define and manage project scope, including requirements gathering, scope statement development, and change management.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication plans, including project status updates, progress reports, and issue escalation.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the aerospace, automotive, or logistics industries.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve project goals. Proficient in project management tools and software, including MS Project, Asana, or similar.
  • Language: Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
