We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee our procurement activities specifically related to fleet management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Identifying opportunities for cost reduction and engaging in negotiations for pricing and contracts.
- Streamlining and finalizing agreements with suppliers to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collecting and evaluating bids for materials, services, and capital investments.
- Managing and improving all aspects of fleet management.
- Verifying invoices and maintaining documentation pertinent to fleet operations.
- Conducting audits of suppliers and enhancing risk management strategies while ensuring compliance with supply chain regulations.
- Developing an effective inventory management system and refining purchasing strategies.
- Leading and nurturing the procurement team to achieve departmental goals.
Candidate Profile:
- A degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in procurement and fleet management.
- Proven ability to incorporate sustainability into purchasing practices and supplier agreements.
- Expertise in conducting supplier assessments and audits.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Proficient in both German and English, with strong skills in MS Office and ERP systems.
