Amazon Deutschland Transport GmbH is in search of a Senior Compliance Manager for EU Transport Operations to oversee the adherence to fleet standards and operational excellence. This pivotal role will concentrate on the management and enhancement of fleet accountability systems, ensuring that contractual obligations and service level agreements are consistently met. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional networking, assurance, and communication capabilities, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and analytical thinking.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recommend, implement, and monitor both preventative and corrective measures to uphold quality assurance standards.
2. Own and manage fleet accountability metrics across the EU region.
3. Conduct ongoing data analysis and documentation to report on service quality levels.
4. Foster effective relationships with senior leadership and legal teams.
5. Travel to various locations to assess quality assurance processes and vehicle condition.

The EU Fleet Compliance Team is dedicated to maintaining fleet roadworthiness, ensuring safe operations in compliance with legal requirements and Amazon's high standards. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree along with demonstrated experience in Assurance, Automotive, Engineering, Logistics, Legal, or Contract Management. The ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams at senior leadership levels is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Quality Management certification
- Project Management certification
- Experience in Fleet Management
- Proficiency in a second European language.
