We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Barista/Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, preparing high-quality coffee drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer feels welcome and valued.
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages and specialty drinks.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a coffeehouse or restaurant setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
