Aufgaben

Als Geschäftsentwickler sind Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

  • Akquise und Beziehungsaufbau: Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für das Neukundengeschäft und suchen nach potenziellen wichtigen Partnern, um neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu identifizieren.
  • Verständnis und Beratung: Sie verstehen die Herausforderungen unserer Partner und unterstützen sie während des gesamten Verkaufszyklus.
  • Vertragsverhandlungen und Abschluss: Sie verhandeln mit Partnern in verschiedenen Branchen, um sie exklusiv unter Vertrag zu nehmen.
  • Zusammenarbeit und kontinuierliche Verbesserung: Sie arbeiten eng mit anderen Teams und der Geschäftsführung zusammen, um den End-to-End-Verkaufszyklus kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
Qualifikationen

Wir suchen nach einem kundenorientierten und kommunikativen Geschäftsentwickler, der:

  • ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten besitzt, sowohl im persönlichen Gespräch als auch am Telefon
  • die folgenden Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen mitbringt:
    • Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse der Kunden und die Fähigkeit, sich gut in verschiedene Situationen und Menschen einzufühlen
    • Stärke im Verhandeln und Konfliktlösung
    • Fähigkeit, neue Trends frühzeitig zu erkennen und das Unternehmen optimal zu positionieren
    • Selbstständigkeit und Proaktivität
    • Fließend Deutsch (muttersprachlich oder C2) und Englisch (C1 - C2)
    • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Salesforce oder anderer CRM-Software
