About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at uCastMe GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Knowledge of CRM software
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
