Accounting Operations Manager

The Group Accounting Specialist will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial integrity of the Wink Group. This position is crucial for ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with financial and accounting regulations applicable to the Wink Group.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports in accordance with HGB at the group level.
- Innovate, digitize, and streamline accounting processes along with liquidity management strategies.
- Establish and oversee international group reporting mechanisms.
- Serve as the primary liaison for auditors, tax advisors, and banking institutions.
- Support strategic growth initiatives, including site development and mergers & acquisitions, in collaboration with the CFO.
- A completed degree or relevant qualification (e.g., Certified Accountant) with extensive experience in accounting.
- Exceptional analytical and process design capabilities.
- A structured and solution-focused work approach.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Willingness to travel for business as required.
