About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our team at Wink. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for planning and ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our production processes to achieve the desired quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, monitor production metrics, and initiate corrective actions.
• Lead and manage production team members, including personnel management and scheduling.
• Develop and implement quality management procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, particularly in the area of occupational safety.
• Collaborate with the management team to drive innovation and modernization of production processes and structures.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A completed technical education and a further education as an industrial manager or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in industrial production and leadership experience, preferably with a focus on lean production methods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a hands-on approach.
• Reliability and a structured, independent way of working.
• Experience with ERP systems.
