About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our team at Wink. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for planning and ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our production processes to achieve the desired quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, monitor production key performance indicators, and initiate corrective actions.
• Lead and manage production team members, including personnel management and shift planning.
• Ensure compliance with quality management guidelines and adherence to regulatory standards, particularly in the area of occupational safety.
• Collaborate with the management team to drive innovation and implement modern processes and structures.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A completed technical education and a further education as an industrial manager or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in industrial production and leadership experience, preferably with a focus on lean production methods.
• Strong technical understanding of production processes, machinery, and end products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proven ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
• Experience with ERP systems is an asset.
