We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team at Wink. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and ensuring efficient production processes to achieve quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement production plans to meet business objectives
• Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Lead corrective actions to address production issues and optimize processes
• Manage production staff, plan shifts, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Collaborate with management to drive innovative processes and structures
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve production processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial production management
• Strong leadership skills and understanding of production processes
• Experience with Lean production methods and ERP systems
• Reliable, structured, and proficient in data analysis
