Brand & Content Manager DACH

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Brand Manager DACH, der unsere globale Marke weiterentwickelt und den Erfolg in unserem Kernmarkt sicherstellt.

Aufgaben:
  • Entwickle und implementiere Inhalte wie Blogbeiträge, Social-Media-Updates und Produktpräsentationen
  • Trage zur Entwicklung kreativer Kampagnen bei und übersetze konzeptionelle Ideen in überzeugende Überschriften und fesselnde Erzählungen
  • Arbeite mit unseren Brand-, Global Marketing- und Sales Teams zusammen, um zielgruppengerechte Inhalte zu erstellen
  • Verwalte mehrere Content-Projekte von der Konzeption bis zum Abschluss und sorge für rechtzeitige Umsetzung und hochwertige Ergebnisse
  • Analysiere die Performance Deiner Inhalte mithilfe von Daten von unserer Website, sozialen Medien und CRM
  • Führe Keyword-Recherchen durch und optimiere Inhalte für Suchmaschinen
  • Stelle sicher, dass alle Inhalte mit dem Tone of voice und den Style Guidelines der Marke übereinstimmen
Profil:
  • Erfahrung in Content-Strategie und -Produktion, vorzugsweise in einem digitalen oder technischen Umfeld
  • Fähigkeit, sich in Kund*innen und Interessent*innen einzufühlen und Inhalte entlang einer komplexen Customer Journey zu entwickeln
  • Selbstständigkeit und Fähigkeit, kreative Lösungen für neue Herausforderungen zu finden
  • Lokalisierungserfahrung, um sicherzustellen, dass Inhalte für verschiedene Märkte genau übersetzt werden
  • Themenkompetenz und Fähigkeit, neue Themen und Probleme im Detail zu verstehen
  • Tool-Kompetenz und Fähigkeit, mit Content-Management-, CRM-Systemen und Social-Media-Tools zu arbeiten
  • Kreativität und Fähigkeit, fesselnde Inhalte zu entwickeln
  • Hervorragende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

  • Ein tiefes Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse und Fragen unserer Kund*innen im DACH-Markt entwickeln
  • Marketing- und Markeninhalte für digitale und analoge Kanäle für unsere kanalübergreifenden Kampagnen erstellen
  • Datengetriebenes Marketing durchführen und Maßnahmen abgeleitet, die zu besseren Conversion und mehr Engagement geführt haben
  • Branchenkenntnisse und neue Inspiration für die Marken- und Kampagnenkommunikation von EGYM generieren
