Your Role at Haleon

We are seeking a talented Brand Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) in alignment with set objectives. This includes implementing the brand strategy and marketing plan for the next three years, tracking and analyzing performance across market trends, competitive activities, and brand metrics, and managing the Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the brand strategy and marketing plan to drive business growth and innovation
  • Track and analyze performance across market trends, competitive activities, and brand metrics
  • Manage the A&P budget to ensure effective allocation of resources
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive shopper and customer marketing, sales, expert marketing, and finance initiatives

Requirements

  • University degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Economics, or a related field
  • Approx. 2 years of marketing/brand/innovation management experience, ideally gained in FMCG
  • Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical and operational marketing skills, with a strong sense of accountability for projects
  • Passion for driving brands, products, and innovations to create a great experience for consumers
