Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in the DACH region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sellout-driven trade marketing strategies to support sales targets and brand promotion.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategy Development: Develop and execute sellout-driven trade marketing strategies to support sales targets and brand promotion.
  2. Customer Coop Marketing: Maintain close relationships with customers, understand their needs, and action customized coop marketing solutions for boost SellOut.
  3. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to provide market insights and recommendations.
  4. Event Planning: Design and implement promotional activities, trade shows, and other marketing events to enhance brand awareness and product sales.
  5. Channel Management: Manage and optimize sales channels On/Off Line TCL visibility to ensure optimal product display and sales across all channels.
  6. Budget Management: Manage the trade marketing budget to ensure effective allocation and use of resources.
  7. Partnership Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, DFB,MKT Suppliers and other partners.
  8. Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and provide data-driven improvement suggestions.
  9. Brand Marketing: Marketing SelfBranding strategies via sponsorship/PR/digital to Maximize brand awareness and consideration
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years' experience in marketing field in electronic company
  • Proactive, accountable, "digital" minded, self-driven, flexible, creative, positive
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Language: German, English, Chinese(plus)
  • Able to work in a team
  • Flexible and able to work independently
