Regional Sales Manager

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Regional Sales Manager, der unsere Verkaufsorganisation in einer der Regionen unserer Unternehmensgruppe Peek & Cloppenburg. & Co. KG, Düsseldorf, strategisch ausrichten und operativ leiten kann.

Verantwortlichkeiten:
  • Gesamtverantwortung für die operative Verkaufsorganisation und strategische Ausrichtung in einer der Regionen
  • Umsatzverantwortung und Kostenplanung
  • Gesamtverantwortung für die operative Personalführung und Mitentscheidungsrecht auf strategischer Ebene
  • Durchführung regelmäßiger Hausbesuche
  • Sicherstellung strategischer Besetzungspolitik durch regelmäßigen Austausch mit Ansprechpartnern des Bereichs Human Resources
  • Durchführung von Standortanalysen durch Beobachtung der regionsspezifischen Handelslandschaft und des Wettbewerbs
Voraussetzungen:
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Führungsposition, idealerweise im "Fashion Retail" oder einer anderen Dienstleistungsbranche
  • Durchsetzungsstarke, unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit mit stark ausgeprägten analytischen Fähigkeiten
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Ein hohes Maß an Engagement, Eigeninitiative und Hands-on Mentalität
