Position Overview: Manager of Solution Consulting for Strategic Accounts
The Role
Consider the digital interactions you engage in daily—from the media you consume to the advertisements you encounter, the applications you utilize, and the online shopping experiences you have. We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of (Senior) Manager of Solution Consulting for our Digital Experience division in Germany.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership: Inspire and guide a team of solution consultants to effectively achieve strategic objectives. Technical Proficiency: Possess a deep understanding of Digital Experience solutions and industry developments to provide support and expertise to both the team and Adobe's clientele. Analytical Skills: Exhibit proficiency in evaluating complex business challenges and devising innovative solutions. Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and knowledge sharing across various departments, including sales and implementation. Customer Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, particularly at the executive level, to fully understand their needs.What You Will Achieve
Lead a dedicated team of pre-sales solution consultants. Define and implement strategic objectives and priorities for your team. Encourage your team to embrace new challenges and take calculated risks aligned with team goals. Motivate others to develop innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences. Collaborate with C-level executives from our largest strategic clients to demonstrate the value of Adobe's digital experience offerings. Serve as a vital partner for success among various stakeholders within the matrix management structure, including sales and customer success. Utilize clear metrics and milestones to ensure accountability for meeting expectations.Qualifications for Success
Proven experience of 5+ years in leading high-performing teams. Strong executive presence and communication skills, comfortable engaging with C-suite executives and articulating the business value of technology transformations. In-depth knowledge of the SaaS industry and digital experience management. A genuine passion for solution consulting and engaging with customers innovatively. Self-motivated individual capable of initiating and leading a team in a fast-paced environment. Results-oriented with a strategic mindset and the ability to shape the future through effective customer engagement.
