ACONEXT Engineering GmbH sucht einen engagierten Werkstudenten im Bereich HR Business Partner (m/w/d). In dieser Rolle bist du ein wichtiger Teil unseres Teams und unterstützt die HR Business Partner sowie die Fachabteilungen in verschiedenen Aspekten der Personalgewinnung und -betreuung.
Deine Aufgaben:- Unterstützung der HR Business Partner und Fachbereiche bei der Rekrutierung und Betreuung von Mitarbeitern.
- Durchführung des ersten telefonischen Kontakts mit potenziellen Kandidaten, einschließlich der Terminvereinbarung.
- Aktive Ansprache von Kandidaten über professionelle Netzwerke.
- Mitwirkung in verschiedenen Bereichen des HR Lifecycle Managements.
- Du bist immatrikuliert in BWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Kommunikationswissenschaften oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang.
- Ein Interesse an der Automobilbranche und der digitalen Zukunft ist von Vorteil.
- Du bist versiert im Umgang mit MS-Office und sozialen Medien.
- Empathie und Freude daran, Arbeitnehmer und Arbeitgeber zusammenzubringen, zeichnen dich aus.
- Du hast keine Scheu vor telefonischen Kontakten und dem persönlichen Austausch.
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Kommunikationsstärke sind für dich selbstverständlich.
