Job Overview
We are looking for a Game Designer with substantial experience in developing live mobile games to contribute to our projects. The successful candidate will be tasked with conceptualizing game features, content, and mechanics, transforming these ideas into engaging experiences through effective live operations. This position demands a blend of creativity and analytical prowess, alongside a thorough understanding of mobile game development and live operational strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Game Design: Create and develop game features, mechanics, and content aimed at enhancing player engagement and retention. Collaborate closely with the development team to produce comprehensive design documentation. Organize playtesting sessions to collect feedback for refining game elements. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to inspire innovative game design concepts. Live Operations: Strategize and implement live events, promotions, and updates to maintain player interest and engagement. Analyze game performance metrics and player feedback to pinpoint areas for enhancement. Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams (development, community, product) to ensure the success of live operations.Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of experience in game design, particularly within mobile gaming. Demonstrated experience in managing live mobile games, including live events and game updates. Strong grasp of game design principles, player behavior, and engagement tactics. Exceptional analytical abilities and proficiency in interpreting game performance data. Creative problem-solving skills and a commitment to crafting enjoyable, engaging, and innovative gaming experiences. Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.Preferred Skills
Familiarity with live operations tools and analytics platforms. Awareness of current mobile gaming trends and player preferences. Understanding of monetization strategies and in-game advertising.Benefits
