About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Game Designer to join our team at Soba Studios. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to define the core playing experience for our online multiplayer virtual world and gaming platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop engaging game experiences that meet the needs of our users
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a seamless and enjoyable user experience
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our users' needs and preferences
  • Work closely with our Product and Design teams to identify and prioritize feature development
  • Contribute to the development of our game-making tools and features
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in game design
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional game design experience
  • Proven track record of designing and shipping successful games
  • Strong understanding of game mechanics, user experience, and user interface design
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working with agile development methodologies
