**The Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business decisions and strategies by leveraging data insights.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand their strategies, needs, and objectives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business partners to ensure data solutions align with business goals
- Act as a consultant, using probing questions to gain deep insights into business domains and processes
- Analyze datasets to extract actionable insights and support data-driven decision making
- Develop and implement statistical models to solve complex business problems
- Communicate insights in a compelling and accessible manner to support data-driven decision making
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights through effective data storytelling
**Requirements**
- At least 5 years of experience in data analysis or data consulting, preferably within a business context, preferably in Consulting
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science)
- Proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data analysis and modeling
- Experiences with Cloud platforms for data storage and processing, having worked with BigQuery is a plus
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
- Experience in Marketing Analytics & Optimization
- You like to learn, work hands-on, take ownership, and have an impact
- Fluent in German and English
