In this role, you will work closely with the executive team to identify and prioritize growth opportunities in a fast-paced setting.
Our portfolio company is a pioneering German InsurTech firm dedicated to safeguarding businesses against cyber threats, offering a distinctive blend of insurance and cyber defense solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize strong business insight to identify new growth avenues across product lines, distribution channels, and international expansion through detailed quantitative and qualitative research.
- Collaborate with the core management and founding team to assist in defining, prioritizing, and planning essential growth initiatives within a rapidly evolving environment.
- Forge strategic partnerships with external insurance and distribution stakeholders, including requirement definitions, business case development, and negotiation processes.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects to ensure timely and successful launches through effective project management.
- Assist the CEO and Head of Strategy & Operations with investor relations, board management, and fundraising efforts.
- A minimum of two years of experience in one of the following: high-growth startup (generalist/founder's associate), top-tier management consulting, venture capital, or private equity.
- Exceptional strategic and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional, multi-stakeholder projects, along with strong communication and presentation skills suitable for various levels of seniority.
- Proactive, independent mindset with the ability to foresee and mitigate potential challenges early on.
- Experience in financial modeling is advantageous.
- Fluency in both German and English is essential.
- A completed Bachelor's and/or Master's degree is required.
Please note that we are looking for support in our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is a prerequisite.
