About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Amazon Horn-Bad Meinberg GmbH - O88. As a key member of our Reliability Maintenance Engineering Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement best practices for maintenance and reliability, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians in performing routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of equipment and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, reducing downtime and increasing productivity.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including procedures, manuals, and training materials.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance teams, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and reliability, with a focus on industrial automation and control systems.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and implementing process improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of SPS-based control systems and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
