Lead ERP Product Strategist

Join TAKKT Group as a Product Owner/Business Analyst and play a pivotal role in enhancing our ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the strategic vision for ERP systems and their functionalities.
  • Develop a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with the strategic vision.
  • Identify and prioritize features and user stories within the product backlog.
  • Enhance and innovate features within the ERP framework.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the ERP development team to facilitate concept creation and feature development.
  • Take ownership of feature management on the platform.
  • Gather and manage requirements from various stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with your team and stakeholders to bring your product vision to fruition from initial concept to launch.
  • Prioritize features and operational topics by assessing business value and required effort.
  • Establish and manage a long-term vision for feature development beyond the immediate sprint.
  • Evaluate the success of implemented features using established KPIs and ROI metrics.
  • Continuously analyze and identify opportunities for enhancements or new features in collaboration with stakeholders and feature analysts.
  • Develop feature and user stories in conjunction with the product management team, stakeholders, and scrum teams.
  • Oversee the creation and review of designs for new features or modifications to existing ones.
  • Lead the planning and execution of iterations, including sprints and feature sprints.

Candidate Profile:

  • In-depth knowledge of retail business models and processes.
  • Minimum of 3 office days per week on average.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience as a consultant in an agile product development environment, preferably with experience in ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with agile product management tools such as Jira and Confluence or Service NOW.
  • Highly organized and structured approach to work, with a collaborative mindset and hands-on attitude.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in English and fluent in German.
