Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing the strategic vision for ERP systems and their functionalities.
- Formulating a product roadmap aligned with the established vision.
- Identifying and prioritizing features and user stories within the respective backlog.
- Enhancing and refining features within the ERP framework.
- Acting as a liaison between stakeholders and the ERP team for conceptualization and development of new and improved functionalities.
- Taking ownership and accountability for managing your features on the platform.
- Gathering and managing requests from all stakeholders.
- Collaborating with your team and relevant stakeholders to bring your product vision from concept to launch.
- Prioritizing features and operational topics by assessing business value and effort.
- Creating and managing a long-term vision for feature development beyond the immediate sprint.
- Evaluating the success of implemented features through established KPIs and ROI metrics.
- Continuously analyzing and identifying opportunities for enhancements or new features in collaboration with stakeholders and feature analysts.
- Drafting feature and user stories in conjunction with the product management team, stakeholders, and the scrum team.
- Overseeing the creation and review of designs for new features or modifications to existing ones.
- Leading the preparation and execution of iterations (Sprints & Feature Sprints).
Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a consultant in an agile product development environment, preferably with experience in ERP systems.
- Familiarity with agile product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNOW.
- Highly organized and structured approach to work, with a collaborative mindset and hands-on attitude.
- Strong analytical skills and proficient English communication abilities.
