Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Product Manager at TeamViewer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our global Product Portfolio, specifically within the Support, Control & Manage sectors. You will be responsible for driving the product vision and strategy, ensuring the successful execution of the product roadmap, and achieving revenue targets. This role involves close collaboration with our global Product Management team, Sales, R&D, and Marketing departments to deliver exceptional value to our current and prospective customers.
- Analyze customer requirements and overarching business objectives to devise solutions that align with our product offerings, catering to the needs of enterprise clients.
- Utilize data and feedback to prioritize product features and enhancements, ultimately expanding customer use cases and increasing user adoption.
- Report directly to the VP of Product Management, steering the global product strategy for our Support, Control & Manage solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Owners of the TeamViewer Core platform, managing cross-functional stakeholders to align on product vision and strategic direction.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape, conducting market research and competitive analysis.
- Leverage your ability to work across various functions and stakeholders, fostering internal relationships to drive initiatives.
- Represent and advocate for our product offerings at industry events.
Qualifications
- A degree in Computer Science, Media Design, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, particularly with agile development teams and B2B software products.
- A proven history of successfully launching products in expanding markets.
- Experience with consumer-level products and understanding customer requirements.
- Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative data, transforming insights into actionable concepts.
- Confidence in representing the organization both internally and externally.
- Experience in Consulting or Strategy & Management is advantageous.
- A passion for collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products and a willingness to tackle challenges in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive approach combined with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
