Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Manager at TeamViewer, you will be instrumental in shaping our Product Portfolio for Support, Control & Manage solutions on a global scale. You will spearhead the product vision and strategy, ensuring the successful execution of the product roadmap while achieving revenue objectives. This role involves coordinating and implementing various product-related strategic initiatives aimed at delivering exceptional value to both existing and prospective customers, in close collaboration with our global Product Management team, Sales, R&D, and Marketing departments.

  • Assess customer requirements and overarching business objectives to devise solutions that leverage our product offerings to satisfy the needs of enterprise clients.
  • Convert metrics into actionable insights, linking data, feedback, and other information to prioritize product features and capabilities, thereby enhancing customer engagement and expanding our user base.
  • Report directly to the VP of Product Management, driving the global product strategy for our Support, Control & Manage solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners of the TeamViewer Core platform while managing cross-functional stakeholders to align on the product vision. Work alongside other product leaders and teams worldwide to ensure a unified approach regarding product requirements and strategic direction.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape, continuously monitoring market trends and conducting competitive analyses.
  • Utilize your ability to work across diverse functions and stakeholders, fostering internal relationships to drive initiatives through various teams.
  • Represent and advocate for our product offerings at industry events.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Computer Science, Media Design, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, particularly with agile development teams and in creating top-tier B2B software products.
  • A proven history of successfully launching products into expanding markets.
  • Experience with consumer-level products and understanding customer requirements.
  • Ability to collect and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data, transforming it into clear concepts.
  • Confidence in representing the organization both internally and externally.
  • Experience in Consulting or Strategy & Management is advantageous.
  • Enthusiasm for collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, cutting-edge products, along with a readiness to address challenges in a dynamic environment.
  • A hands-on approach combined with a willingness to multitask to achieve objectives.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
