Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Product Manager at TeamViewer, you will be instrumental in shaping our Product Portfolio across Support, Control & Manage sectors on a global scale. You will spearhead the product vision and strategy, ensuring the successful execution of the product roadmap and the achievement of revenue objectives. This role involves the coordination and implementation of all product-related strategic initiatives aimed at delivering significant value to both existing and prospective customers, in close collaboration with our worldwide Product Management team, Sales, R&D, and Marketing departments.
- Assess customer requirements and overarching business objectives to devise solutions that align with our product offerings, catering to the needs of enterprise clients.
- Transform data into actionable insights, prioritizing product features and functionalities to enhance customer engagement and expand our user base.
- Report directly to the VP of Product Management, driving the global product strategy for our Support, Control & Manage solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners of the TeamViewer Core platform, managing cross-functional stakeholders to align on product vision and strategic direction.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape, conducting market analysis to inform product strategy.
- Utilize your ability to navigate multiple functions and stakeholders, fostering internal relationships to drive initiatives through various teams.
- Represent and advocate for our product offerings at industry events.
Qualifications
- A degree in Computer Science, Media Design, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, particularly with agile development teams and creating high-quality B2B software products.
- A proven history of successfully launching products in expanding markets.
- Experience in consumer-level products and understanding customer requirements.
- Ability to collect and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data, translating it into clear concepts.
- Confidence in representing the organization both internally and externally.
- Experience in Consulting or Strategy & Management is advantageous.
- A passion for collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products and a readiness to tackle challenges in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive approach with a willingness to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
