Overview:

CSG Talent is a prominent player in the energy sector, specializing in the development and production of advanced energy storage systems. As a key manufacturer of lithium and zinc batteries, we have established a robust global distribution network.

Our products are crafted in Europe, supported by our dedicated laboratories and a dynamic innovation team that focuses on creating smart energy storage solutions utilizing lithium-ion technology, complemented by sophisticated control and management electronics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients
  • Drive customer acquisition efforts within the commercial and industrial battery energy storage systems (BESS) sector in Germany
  • Generate new business prospects and proactively pursue opportunities
  • Provide ongoing support to clients from initial engagement through to project completion for key accounts
  • Act as a representative for the company throughout Germany, engaging with partners, attending exhibitions, trade shows, and other promotional events

Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably within the photovoltaic, battery energy storage, or power electronics industries
  • A background in Electrical or Energy Engineering is advantageous
  • Fluency in German (native) and English is essential; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Capability to work autonomously
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset
