TEMPO TRAINING & CONSULTING is a well-established employment agency and consulting firm with over 20 years of experience in delivering training and employment services across Europe. We have been actively engaged in the European job market since 2003.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate on projects either individually or as part of a team.
  • Conduct research and gather information related to assigned tasks.
  • Perform market research and analysis to support business strategies.
  • Engage in various marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare reports for management review.
  • In the HR domain, you will have the chance to interact with candidates, conduct interviews, and promote job postings on various platforms.
  • Assist with administrative duties within the branch and support colleagues as needed.
  • We welcome your innovative ideas for new business strategies or initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Current student or recent graduate.
  • Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Knowledge of German, Polish, Czech, or Slovak is a plus.
  • Creative and adaptable mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Possession of a driver's license is advantageous.
