About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Human Resource Management team at h&z. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects and tasks, including supporting HR management, getting to know the entire employee life cycle, and developing ideas to increase employee satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for supporting our HR team in various areas, including recruiting, onboarding, and personnel development.
  • You will assist in organizing and conducting interviews, developing ideas to increase employee satisfaction, and working with HR tools such as Personio and Leapsome.
  • You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our company culture and contribute to the creation of a unique and innovative work environment.

Your Profile

  • You are currently studying business administration, business psychology, or another business-related subject in your master's degree or are at the end of your bachelor's degree.
  • You have already gained some relevant experience in other internships in the field of human resources.
  • You are fluent in German and have very good knowledge of English (and possibly other foreign languages).
  • You are able to critically reflect on your own results and are eager to learn and grow with our company.
